I&#039;m glad you&#039;ve joined us. I&#039;m delighted that you&#039;re doing something good for yourself that will benefit many others in the long run. I&#039;m hopeful for what tomorrow brings with a world populated by people like you who are working so diligently to make a difference.</description>

I have some general resolutions (more money, health, contact w/ family, writing, etc) but I find that stacking short-term goals on top of each other has a way of making big things happen over time. 

Primal Stride is just my very public way of doing that &amp; challenges are a fun way to get a bunch of people involved in some of the goodness.
